Test Dock Wait Invoice

Dock Wait Invoice is in Google Play closed testing. Testers get the Android build through Play, create one sample detention stop, and confirm the local PDF/CSV/TXT/ZIP export path.

Fast path
  1. Join one tester group or request direct access.
  2. Open the Play opt-in link on the Android phone account.
  3. Install the current build from Google Play.
  4. Run one fake detention stop and preview the packet.

The public Play Store listing may show 404 until your Google account has joined the closed test. Google Play does not send a separate invitation email; group membership alone does not count. Use the opt-in link first on the same Google account, then install from Play. The useful test takes about two minutes: tap Try sample stop, tap Released, review Packet, and confirm Share packet is visible. No real freight data, card charge, or app review is needed.

Best route now Direct access, 12devs, Alphatesters12, or Play-configured groups, then Play opt-in.

Get12 is configured as a Play tester group route, but group posting by email is currently rejected. Use it only for account access if you already belong there. The Test4Test Google Group is configured in Google Play, but the Test4Test platform listing is not available to testers right now.

Useful feedback Fake stop, released status, packet preview.

A two-minute fake-data check is enough. Send the installed version, Android model, region, and whether Share packet is visible.

Phone handoff

Send the opt-in path to your Android phone.

Google counts the account that joins from Play. If the link opens on a laptop first, forward these two links to the Android phone and make sure Chrome or Play is using the same Google account that joined the tester group.

Shareable note

One clean ask for tester communities.

Use this when a group, forum, or direct tester asks what to do. It keeps the request factual, fake-data-only, and focused on the Play opt-in that counts toward production access.

A

Already Using App Hive

Join the App Hive Testers Google Group through App Hive, confirm membership is active for the same Google account you use on your Android phone, then open the Play opt-in link and install Dock Wait Invoice. If Play says the app is unavailable, wait a few minutes and reopen the opt-in link with that same account.

B

Direct Tester

Email the Google Play account on your Android phone, your device model, and your region. You will receive access through the Play closed test. Use a Gmail or Google-managed account that can install apps on your Android device.

What You Should See

Version 1.0.20 opens on a clean stop with a short Start here guide, a Try sample stop shortcut for fake load data, and a Next panel that points to the next tap. No demo freight appears until you choose the sample shortcut. The Export tab explains the one-time local unlock without account setup or cloud-service promises, keeps confirmed unlocks available locally after restart, and generated packets include a Share packet action for Android email, chat, Drive, or any other local share target. Use sample values only; the app does not need real broker, customer, load, or payment data for this test.

The 1.0.20 update is live on Google Play for App Hive closed testing. Testers should also check the Stop workflow progress strip, Packet-tab broker handoff preview, plain-text summary, broker email draft, and separate Share email draft action.

1. Request Access

Direct testers: email the Google Play account you want added, your Android device model, and your region. App Hive testers: join the App Hive Testers Google Group through App Hive, verify that the group page opens for the same Google account used on your Android phone, then open the Play opt-in link. The current gate needs 3 more reliable opt-ins before the 14-day production-access clock can start. The newest Play Console check now shows Dock Wait at 9 confirmed opted-in testers.

2. Join The Test

After your Play account is added, open the opt-in link above, join the test, and install Dock Wait Invoice from Google Play. If you joined through a Google Group, use the same Google account on the group page, the opt-in page, and your Android phone. Stay opted in during the test window. You can use sample data only; no real broker, customer, load, or payment details are needed.

3. Verify The Workflow

Start a stop, release it, add broker/customer details, attach a photo or evidence note, confirm the Stop workflow strip shows the packet path clearly, open the Packet tab, and confirm the readiness checklist reaches 6 / 6.

4. Check Export Clarity

Generate a preview packet, then tell us whether the paid export wording, generated file list, Share packet action, and local-first privacy wording, broker handoff preview, and Share email draft wording are clear.

What Not To Send

Do not send private freight documents, broker passwords, payment details, or unredacted load numbers. A short note and screenshots with sensitive details covered are enough.
