Dock Wait Invoice is a local-first Android app for recording detention stops, dock photos, broker/customer templates, notes, and invoice packet exports. This policy explains what the app does with that information.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores detention stop details, rates, timestamps, notes, templates, photo references, and generated PDF/CSV/ZIP export files in local app storage on your Android device. We do not operate an account system for this app, and the app does not upload these records to a Romeo Apps server.

Data Collection

Dock Wait Invoice does not collect, sell, or share user-entered stop records, photos, notes, templates, or export files. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or remote evidence backup.

Camera And Photos

The app may request camera access when you choose to take a dock or load evidence photo. Photos captured or selected for a detention packet remain local to the device unless you export or share them yourself outside the app.

Play Billing

Paid unlocks are processed by Google Play. Google may process payment, tax, fraud prevention, and purchase account information under Google's own policies. Dock Wait Invoice uses the purchase state only to unlock local export features.

Support Email

If you email support, your email address and message contents are handled in the mailbox used to respond to your request. Do not email private freight documents, payment information, or credentials unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

Business And Legal Limits

Dock Wait Invoice organizes driver-entered detention evidence. It does not submit invoices, contact brokers or customers, interpret contracts, provide legal advice, or guarantee payment.
