Dock Wait Invoice Support
For help with the app, email op.simoneromeo@gmail.com. Include your Android device model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Redact load numbers, broker names, and private freight details unless they are necessary for troubleshooting.
Exports
Dock Wait Invoice generates detention packet files locally on your device. If a file does not appear, reopen the Export tab, confirm the stop has broker, facility, arrival, release, and billable time, then generate the packet again.
Paid Unlocks
Purchases are handled by Google Play. If an unlock is missing after purchase, use Restore purchase from the app, confirm the same Google Play account is active, and then contact support with the approximate purchase time.
Photos
Camera access is used only when you choose to capture evidence. Android permission settings can be changed from the device Settings app under Dock Wait Invoice permissions.
What The App Does Not Do
The app does not contact brokers, submit invoices, settle claims, provide legal advice, or guarantee detention payment.
